Guojia Home Furniture has recently announced that on September 20, 2026, the company entered into a highest amount guarantee contract with the Ningbo Bank Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch. This contract provides a maximum guarantee amount of 30,000 million yuan for its fully-owned subsidiary, Guojia Smart Home Jiaxing Co., Ltd., and a maximum guarantee amount of 10,000 million yuan for its fully-owned subsidiary KUKAHOME (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (Guojia Singapore). The total guarantee amount does not exceed 40,000 million yuan.

This guarantee matter falls within the approved guarantee amount for the 2026 fiscal year, which was authorized by the company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. Therefore, there is no need for additional submission to the board of directors or shareholders' meeting for approval.

As of the date of this announcement, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries to third parties is 114,442.95 million yuan, accounting for 10.81% of the company's most recently audited net assets. There are no overdue guarantees.
