In addition, the landing of headquarters for leading enterprises such as Mixue Bingcheng, Alibaba, and Wannian Entertainment has enabled Matrix Transverse to accumulate a systematic methodology for "how corporate headquarters tell brand stories through space." The "2026 China Office Environment White Paper" jointly released by Matrix Institute and KOKUYO also reflects its use of data and research to lead industry dialogue.
