Turning back to the essence of design

The shift in design is never a compromise, but a new pursuit of the essence. In recent years, with the real estate industry cooling down, Peng Jing turned from the commercial field to residential design, this choice has nothing to do with following the trend, just to return to the initial intention of "designing for life" — not to be caught up by short-term trends, not to compromise on superficial aesthetics, to make every design rooted in the texture of life, and to make cold buildings grow into the temperature and emotions that fit the residents.

This Yunnan villa is a vivid testament to his practice of his initial intention. The entire project covers an area of 2100 square meters, with two independent villas connected by a graceful garden, and an underground space connecting the two villas, forming an integrated overall layout. This time, the focus is on a 700-square-meter independent villa, which not only contains the dream of the owner's son and daughter-in-law's wedding room, but also meets the owner's own comfortable living requirements. The connected underground space has been carefully crafted into a private club, collecting the joy and leisure of the family.
