From February 5th to 6th, 2026, the "Winter Training, Spring Growth: Focusing on New Beginnings" themed 2026 Carrier Residential and Light Commercial (RLC) China Partner Summit was grandly held in Hangzhou. The summit showcased Carrier's strategic layout for continuing to深耕 the Chinese market in 2026 through in-depth analysis of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and comfort home market and strategies, multi-themed forums, honors for partners, and the unveiling of new products.

The summit was highly valued and attended by Carrier Group management, including Vineet Kashyap, Vice President of Climate Solutions (AME), Product Management, and Data Center; Tang Shengfeng, Vice President of Operations; Liu Feitong, Director of SIOP; Da Xiong, Director of Product Management; Ge Qingyun, Vice President of Human Resources for North Asia; Yang Qiuhong, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer; Hu Jianwen, Senior Legal Director; Li Xujiang, General Manager of Operations; and Guo Zhenhua, President of Carrier Residential and Light Commercial Comfort Solutions for North Asia, along with senior leaders from all business departments of RLCS, who were on-site to discuss strategies, cooperate, and open a new chapter of development with partners across the country.
Deepening the Chinese Comfort Home Market: Eco-construction, Win-win Cooperation
At the meeting, several senior executives delivered strategic speeches, outlining a clear blueprint for future development.
Michael Lotfy Gierges, President of Climate Solutions (AME) for Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, conveyed his blessings to the conference via a video call. He expressed special thanks to the contributions and trust of partners and emphasized that Carrier RLC will continue to increase its investment in the Chinese market, empowering each dealer with a richer and more diverse product portfolio to achieve sustainable development together.

Subsequently, Vineet Kashyap, Vice President of Climate Solutions (AME), Product Management, and Data Center, gave the opening speech for the conference. He reviewed the journey of working with partners and reiterates the初心 of "Eco-construction, Win-win Cooperation." He stated that in the new year, Carrier will continue to innovate technologically and support channels to work together to open up new prospects and win the future together.

Guo Zhenhua, President of Carrier Residential and Light Commercial Comfort Solutions for North Asia, analyzed the current market opportunities and elaborated on Carrier RLC's "1+3+1" core strategy for 2026: to build a solid foundation with product innovation and quality, focusing on retail, strengthening non-real estate projects, and commercial projects as the three growth engines, and empowering partners through the construction of strong multi-brand sales teams and digital support.

The summit also featured several sub-forums focusing on key issues such as product quality, project development, and retail operations. The "Product and Quality Theme Sub-forum" discussed how to continuously improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness. The "Project and Small Construction Theme Sub-forum" focused on the strategies and business models for opening up segmented engineering markets. The "Retail Theme Sub-forum" addressed practical topics such as optimizing terminal operations and enhancing customer experience.

The discussions were lively, with attendees sharing their practical experiences and actively contributing suggestions on how to convert strategies into specific business actions. Through the collision and integration of different business perspectives, consensus was reached on key paths such as enhancing product power, opening up project markets, and optimizing retail operations, injecting new ideas for the next steps.

During the award ceremony, Carrier RLC presented a series of important awards to partners on-site: Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sales Awards, Retail and Project Shipping Champion Awards, and Overall Shipping Champion Awards.
