工信部公布：15家领航级智能工厂企业入选，海尔领衔

On November 27th, the 2025 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference was held in Nanjing. At the conference, 15 enterprises selected for the first batch of "Pilot-Level Intelligent Factories" training list jointly launched the Pilot Action Plan Joint Initiative. Among them, Shandong has two companies on the list, namely Qingdao Haier Central Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. and Weichai Power Co., Ltd.

The Pilot-Level Intelligent Factory is jointly selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and multiple ministries, and is the highest level in the current gradient training system. Based on more than 30,000 basic-level, 7,000 advanced-level, and 504 excellent-level intelligent factories in the country, the Pilot-Level Intelligent Factory requires that the main technical and economic indicators be globally leading, and the application ratio of artificial intelligence technology scenarios should not be less than 60%.

Among them, as the number one enterprise in the industry, Haier Smart Home's smart building, under the "full-process customization service and intelligent integration," has become an industry model. It drives the full-process manufacturing scene AI-ization based on user needs, focusing on the practice of high-end, customization, integration, and internationalization, providing users with a more comprehensive and integrated one-stop solution.

It is reported that the AI technology application of this factory covers not only the research and production stages but also extends to supply chain collaboration and user service. The design cycle of the factory's products is shortened by 62%, production efficiency is improved by 32%, and 100% of the data in the entire process is visible. The factory's magnetic levitation central air conditioner saves 50% of energy, with a cumulative energy saving of 4.5 billion kilowatt-hours, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 4 million tons, and achieving significant effects of improving quality, efficiency, and reducing carbon emissions.

As AI becomes an irreversible "must-have" for manufacturing enterprises, the digital tools of technological innovation are becoming the "tool" for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency. The birth of these 15 pilot-level intelligent factories is not only a milestone in the digital transformation of China's manufacturing industry but also a vivid illustration of the transition from "Made in China" to "Intelligent Made in China".
